By booking a stay with Sienna Inn, you explicitly agree that in the event your admission is denied or your reservation is canceled by the hotel, the hotel shall have NO LIABILITY TO YOU and you are NOT entitled to any refund, compensation, or damages whatsoever.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Site and the Materials on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
